Lightly used. We got this as a guest bed but it hasn't been slept on much but is super comfy. We are selling because we are turning this space into a candle studio and plan to get a pullout couch for guests. What you see hanging in the bottom of the mattress was some sticky tape that came with it to keep it stuck to the frame. It isn't really necessary. Some snagging on top of the mattress as pictured. Very clean though! Non-smoking home. The frame has been taken apart as pictured. The last photo is the Amazon links to what the frame and mattress are from when we purchased. Pick-up only.
