1.6-cu ft GE over-the-range microwave. Model jvm3160rf5ss with June 2018 manufacture date

The microwave seemed to have blown a fuse. Tried fixing it myself by replacing the high voltage capacitor and diode and the fuse but it still seems to blow the fuse when testing it. Hopefully someone else more savvy can take it and fix it. Besides this issue it seems to be a great microwave. Have all the parts for mounting, etc.
