Moving from a house to an apartment is the reason for selling. Excellent condition, only purchased last year. Has not even been used enough to burn through a tank of propane. Selling with the cover. I also have some spatulas/scraper/tools that you can just have. Will need to come pick up. Trying to have this gone by 5/21
