This antique arm chair was our Grandmother's "Parlor Chair" for guests when they came over to visit. My brother took it after she passed with the intention of refinishing it and using it in his cabin after he retired. However, health issues arose and prevented him from doing so.

I have no interest myself in either using it as is or refinishing it, as I have NO room for it in my dinky home!

I believe that my asking price of $10.00 is fair, and if you agree, this would make a great project or you can even use it as it is.
