Meet Scout, the little long haired dachshund beauty queen. At 7 years old, she’s perfected the art of being both elegant and adorable. She does have a mild case of IVDD — pretty comon for her long backed cousins — but don’t let that fool you. This girl is determined, spirited, and absolutely not slowed down one bit.

Scout is a world class cuddler who loves to tuck her head under your chin or drape herself across your shoulder like a tiny, furry scarf. She’s all about toys, treats, and making friends, and she gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Cats… well, she hasn’t given her official opinion yet.

She’s fully potty trained, doggy door savvy, and ready to slip seamlessly into your routine. Scout would thrive in a quieter home with older kiddos who understand her gentle vibe.
