This is for a pair of brand new still in the package Phonak 4.0 2S and 3S hearing aid receivers. There is a left and right receiver. The 3 length is approximately 3/8 inches longer then the 2 length.

These are the 3 pin 4.0 in 2 and 3 length with power level S. They fit Phonak Marvel, Paradise, Lumity, and Life hearing aids, Costo KS 10 and KS 9, and Unitron Smile, Vivante and Blu.

To insert these, simply push the rear pin part way out, remove the old receiver and push the pin back in after inserting the new recevier 3 pin connector.
