abandoned. The owner went to jail the old lady that was staying there for free moved out and left 3 cats in a house, a friendly outdoor dog, rabbits & chickens, just found out about these animals it's been 7 days. Box elder county humane society was called they said to call the police. police said they refuse to come without owners permission. I live to far away to help & no one will help in the meantime these animals are left starving to death. They are in the Lucine area. Please someone help before their all dead if there not already.
