Mine is 4500 lbs dry weight and my Sprinter van doesn't pull it very well. My trailer is super clean, barely used, everything works, no issues. Brand new batteries last week. The roof was just resealed and coated with a hi-quality white reflective sealant, makes it cooler, no leaks ever. It has one slide out, a 12 volt TV, and anntenna, plus a phone signal booster.
