Just over two years old, was carefully broken-in and serviced per the user manual. Used during one four-day trip to the Bryce Canyon area to run two air conditioners and a microwave in an rv. We were camped at over 7,000 feet and it worked flawlessly. Currently has 12 hours on it.
It has only been run on propane, have never put any gasoline in it, although it does have a high-altitude jet kit installed. Was properly winterized and stored after that trip. Got a great tax return this year so opted for a built-in generator. Not as capable as this one, but hopefully it will be enough.
Simple to operate, just select the fuel source you want, turn on the battery switch and momentarily hold the start button. It will cycle the starter until the unit starts (using propane, it usually takes about three cycles to prime and start). Has a digital readout for the voltage, HZ, and hour meter. Incudes an automatic CO Alert, two GFCI protected 120V outlets, one 120V/30AMP outlet, one 240V/30 AMP outlet, and one 50 AMP outlet. 500cc engine, all-copper wound generator. Also has a built-in battery charger for its battery that charges even if the breakers for the power supply haven’t been turned on.
I have the user manual, service manual, and a new grounding stake and cable. Also have a wall mountable connection so it can be used as a back-up generator for a home (recommend an electrician for that).
