Starts runs and drives. I don't know a lot about it. Could use a little TLC. New front tires. A couple of rams rebuilt doesn't leak much at all. It's old so it's not perfect. One of the rear brakes needs to be redone. I've been told it's easy and only a 100 bucks. It's a little sluggish to drive but it does operate. Great starting point for a good solid machine.
