Venmo60KWH traction battery from a 2017 chevy bolt. This is not the original battery that came in the vehicle, it is the replacement offered by GM under warranty because batteries were catching fire. This particular vehicle had about 60 to 80,000 miles when I pulled the battery, but because GM was doing warranty battery replacement, this battery will not share the same mileage of the car.
I honestly don’t know how to test the battery to check its condition, it had about half charge on it when I pulled it. The vehicle was not able to engage the traction motor so I dont have any anecdotal evidence of any type of load testing I can share. I have no evidence to show that the battery is damaged, and it does show voltage potential across some of the terminals I have attempted to measure. Nothing on the exterior of the battery shows physical damage, and I was careful to follow GM procedures when lowering the battery out of the car and lifting it into the trailer in the ad.
I will deliver this in the trailer within 50 miles of Provo, but you must supply the means to remove the battery from the trailer. The battery is 1000 pounds.
