For sale we have a 1970 Layton camper. It was torn down to the frame and built back up in 2013. It needs some TLC as it’s been a minute since we have sealed the roof so it has some leaks. It does needs a water heater, a battery, propane tank and some other items. We did install a new stove and faucet right before we parked it. When we parked it the tanks all held water. Keep in mind it is a project trailer, so we haven’t recently tested any of the systems in the trailer. It is about 26 feet from the end of the bumper to the front of the tongue. Never had it weighed so not sure of the dry weight. Title in hand. $1100 or best offer.
