I made this holster press from 3/4” plywood and closed cell foam. Glues to layers of foam together and to the boards. It works great! I made one Kydex holster and thought I’d be making many more- nope didn’t turn out that way. Easy to use, quick to set up. Does use 2 ‘C’ clamps (see pictures). I put heated Kydex and my pistol between the pads clamped it and wa-la a well-formed holster shell! Drill holes, add liner (if you want), screw together (Chicago screws), trim edges, cut belt slots, sand edges. All done.
