My 80 year old grandfather got a German Sheppard puppy.

He refuses to do anything to train her. And she is either chained up outside or on a leash inside , a high energy dog is not what he needs. Shes torn up basically the whole house. ( due to bottom line being bored)

He just keeps trying to find family and friends to take her, but its not working. (The contact and number is him)

Please someone take this dog away from him and give her a good home. She needs someone willing to actually play with her and go on walks and just actually pay attention to her.
