This is a B&S horizontal shaft wheel line mover that I couldn't get started this year. I was pressed for time so I just removed it and purchased a new one. I suspect it is a carb issue but I don't need it now. I have only used ethonal free gas in it and it has always been easy to start in the past. If this is something that you might be interested in contact me. If you can't get it running just bring it back and I will refund your money.
