Size: Men’s XL Regular: Torso Girth: 47-48". Inseam — 35-36. Stocking feet—12-13". Note: It is recommended you wear one size larger boot than your normal shoe size to make room for a heavy sock and the neoprene. (Check your boot manufacturer, as some boots are made one size larger and some are not). Also, read Simms' website to see what they say about a 11" foot wearing a 12-13" bootie. I'm an 11" foot, and the 12-13" is not too big; it fits fine.
