This is a single owner 2021 Grand Design Momentum 398m. Excellent living space with a 18' garage. It has been a wonderful trailer to us but our lives are too busy with other kid activities so, it's time for us to say goodbye.

Generator has less than an hour on it. We always went camping in the same spot that had power hookups. Trailer has King Bed, Rockford Fosgate Stereo, the 3 season doors removed (not included), large gas/electric refrigerator, gas stove, gas over, microwave, gas/electric water heater, all the fun party lights, 3 awnings (2 side, 1 rear), all the couch seats recline, heater end couch seats, lots of storage, fuel pump from aux tank for toys, a fuel tank for the generator, 3 A/C units, heated gas fire place, 2 beds that drop of the ceiling and 2 more bed/dinning/couches that drop down too.
