New SRAM NX 1x12 drivetrain, Rockbros pedals, and KS dropper post.
Bunch of other upgraded components as well.
There is a missing cap on the top of the right side of the front suspension fork - it doesn't impact the performance, just cosmetic. Look closely at the image from above the handlebar to see the missing cap.
