No visible physical damage EXCEPT device has been opened for DIY repair and some internal adhesive removed/broken — some non-essential screws left out, but included (see photo). Two already-stripped (in factory) TR6 screws prevented me from fully opening and disconnecting the touch interface. Updated to latest firmware — 26.5. Original box and outlet plug adapter not included.
