ZelleI know this compact 2-seat couch/love seat looks gray when surrounded by honey oak colored floors, but it's more of a gray-beige color. Very neutral. Not new, but has been in a location with fairly light use. I don't see any stains or discoloration, but It could use a good vacuuming. There was a cat in the home but I don't see any damage from it.
