2002 Avion 5th Wheel. Will need work including flooring and the city water connection repaired. We were living in it and the city connect froze and is damaged, the water saturated the carpet which has been torn out. It was bought from a person that lived in it in the oil fields, and the carpet needed to be replaced already. It has some blemishes due to the age but is in good shape overall. There are no exterior leaks and it has a propane wall heater installed that works great. Asking $4000.00 but willing to negotiate.
