In great shape, it use to be on a tree house we built but we just moved and no longer have a spot for it. It was rarely used and we took it down each winter so it hasn't sat out in the sun and weather either. No cracks etc. Retails for over $400 from home depot. Price is firm cash (not venmo, we don’t use it) and pick up only in Springville (just before hobble creek canyon). 30 mins from Thanksgiving point or 15 from SF Costco.
