Used it to move. Been using for storage and a workspace lately. Wired 120v lights in it. Now im needing space to put a shipping container that's lower to the ground to put utv in. so selling or trading. Not sure of the road worthy condition as I've always hired someone to move it since Ive bought it. It does have some holes where the forklift caught the back deck shown in pictures other then that the floor is pretty solid. Looks like it's around 45- 48ft. Yes I have title. Might make a good mini home. I've really liked it for moving cause you can throw your whole house in it and take your time unloading it by owning it.
