The following are all new:
-rust treatment and paint(stripped to bare steel) -deck -wheels/tires -tongue jack -lights/plug -tie-down d-rings -most hardware
I think it’s a 2,000 lb axle, but the frame might only be up to about 1,000 lb, not really sure. Should be light enough you don’t need to register it. Was originally used for hauling pontoon kick-boats. I’ve used it for boats, camping gear, motorcycles, etc.
