The largest of the pop-up trailers or "high-side".

Indoor remodel project during Covid. The bath/shower was removed to allow for extra countertop and storage. Dining cushions re-upholstered and new curtains. Sleeps 7 - the two end king mattresses were replaced, and the fold-up sofa converted to a cot size lounge sofa/bed with a piano hinge added to access storage. U-shaped slide-out dinette.

A/C, heater, microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave, lots of storage compartments, 3-burner stove and an oven. Deep kitchen sink and pull-out spray faucet. Fresh and gray water tanks (20 gallons each). Runs on two propane tanks, two batteries, and electricity. CD Stereo with inside and outside speakers. Outdoor shower and outdoor grill. New tires (including new spare tire) and new full length awning. Could use some light canvas repair in one small spot. Power lift (which means you don’t have to hand crank it up and down). All manuals included.
