I got this MacBook from my employer, used it for 2 months and it has been rock solid! It's still a powerhouse for memory hungry tasks (rare to find 32GB in this model) and for sustained loads. The only issue with it is some minor cosmetics. I've highlighted in the photos a few gouges on the left side of the lid, and a small dent (hard to notice) on the lid. The screen has no scratches. The battery is at 96% capacity with 115 cycles. Comes with 87w Thuderbolt charger.
