This is an all white model with everything included: remote, all window mounting accessories, manual and original box and packaging. Control by time or temperature. It has a neat ocsillating vent. Rated to cool 250 sqft. It cooled my living room and dinning room with some cool air making it to adjacent rooms. It is setup ready for you to inspect and see in operation. It is a bit heavy at 70 lb.
