This is available last week of June It’s been used for trailers and utv & atvs. This small shop has the capacity for 2 cars. Located in Nibley. 4 miles south from Logan Utah.

For the moment the entrances to the backyard it’s only available through and under the carport 8’ tall.

Renting the space per vehicle/ trailer $45. Each. Shop only $250. Entire area is available for $500 a month. Access to water and only 110 voltage inside the shop.

The 2nd access door will be added to the yard in the middle of July. Then we can park RVs / camping trailers etc. thx.
