ZelleI originally bought this 35’ travel trailer to build a car hauler but things have changed. This is a pull trailer - not a 5th wheel.
This could be a nice long term trailer after a remodel or build a heavy utility of car hauler. OR, a great platform for a tiny home! This trailer has three heavy duty 5500 lb axles, heavy duty frame. Tires look new. Two roof ac units. There are three pop outs, one for the master bedroom and two for the front living area.
This trailer needs a total redo - hole in bathroom ceiling allowed water to get inside. It’s currently road worthy and I have the clean and clear title in hand. Original purchase price was over $66,000
