We bought this 4 or 5 years ago and started refinishing the inside. Went camping in it 1 time and are just not able to go camping anymore due to our daughters medical reasons. Has 2 bunk beds, the table and couch both turn into beds and then the master bed. The air conditioner, heater, fridge, toilet, sink everything worked perfectly when we went. When we bought it the water heater was bypassed so I just left it and never tried to use it so I’m unsure about that. It needs roof work done. We’ve had it parked in our driveway and checked to make sure it wasn’t leaking but one time when I went out the roof was cracked and water had made it through. Since then we bought a cover for it and have had it covered but the roof is definitely not in great shape. Would probably be pretty easy for someone handy. The outside has some wear from its age but over all is in good shape and the tires still have plenty life.
