The Story / Reason for Selling:

This couch was delivered to my home on May 13th while we were having new flooring installed in the basement. It was set up in our upstairs front room and has sat completely unused. On May 23rd, we tried to move it down to the basement and discovered the layout won't allow it to fit down the stairs. Ashley Furniture will not accept a return, so our loss is your gain.
