Rental Details:
- Cost: $125 per day/$65 one-time cleaning and prep fee/$500 security deposit (fully refundable minus any deductions for damages, if applicable)
- Must be 25 or older to rent
- Must possess and provide copy of valid license
- Must possess and provide copy of valid auto insurance. Policy must include liability coverage that extends to and covers damages made due to towables.
- Rental period cannot exceed 30 days
Camper Details:
- Camper: 2008 Fleetwood Evolution E3
- GVWR = 4,440 (Tow vehicle must be equipped with functional trailer brakes and be properly rated to tow the trailer)
- Approximately 27.5’ long
- Sleeps 4-6

- Indoor & Outdoor Stoves
- Furnace
- Water Heater
- Fridge
- Radio & Speakers
- Canopy
- Toy-hauler Deck (approx 54"x80")with Removable Ramps
- Two Propane Tanks

- Dining area convertible to sleeping area
- External Hose/Sprayer
- Three 120V outlets (only available if plugged into shore power)
Fluid Capacities:
- Fresh Water: 35 Gallons
- Water Heater: 6 Gallons
- Toilet Flush Tank: 4 Gallons
- Sewer Waste Tank: 5 Gallons
Misc/Inclusions:
- Equalizer hitch (for insurance reasons, you will need to hitch the trailer on your own)
- 200W Solar Panel & Stands with adapter to plug into batteries
- 2250W Generator (extra $50 one-time fee)
- Jack
- Wheel chocks and levelers
- Water connection hardware (pressure regulator, 90 degree brass elbow)
- Small first-aid kit
- Clean bed sheets & comforter (only two pillows total included)

Renters will be expected to follow set up and any other appliance/amenity instructions, sign a rental agreement, and make all applicable payments to secure any reservations.
