It comes with everything pictured. the BTX eyepiece is sitting in a marsupial case and the body/eyepiece is in an outdoor vision case. I bought a gray ops arca plate for quick mounting on arca heads. Everything is in 100% working order and is like new. I used everything for 1 local hunt. I had no intentions of selling but we are building a new house and could use every penny we can get.
