I've made peace with the fact I'm going to lose a ton. It's been very profitable, covered all my expenses on 3000sf of commercial space but the building is coming down and I've got too much work at my primary job to keep doing this as a hustle. In addition to remodeling my own homes from scratch, I do BTS (Behind the Scenes) photography and Set Design/construction. I began keeping the highest quality/high-end furniture as a side hustle but been too busy to list/sell all of it. It's brought me in a very nice income for easy work. Why am I selling, : a double whammy; I've got a job that's taking me out of town for the six months and they're tearing down my building to put up more cheap, boxy condos. Whomever can invest some time is going to score! FURNITURE, VINTAGE, MCM, Modern, antique, high-end, all collectable makers, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INDUSTRIAL, BUILDING MATERIALS, RECLAIMED WOOD, OVERSTOCK GOODS, antique radios, sewing machines, high-end cabinets, pedestal sinks, wood 15' sections of wood shelving, clothing etc. etc. etc etc etc. The second floor is also stuffed. Baker, gunlocke, Stanley, Holman, TARM Stole Mobalfabrik, Adrian Pearsall, Lane(probably six pieces), Charelston Forge, Jack Cartwright, John Keal, Conant Ball Co, Tell Chair, new electrical boxes, alarm boxes, night stands, antique bankers chairs, mail boxes, overstock auctions, brand new, high quality small size commercial quality stainless steel sinks for van conversions and tiny homes, pedestal sinks, awnings, metal shelves, work tables with steel bases ( smaller size shown, large size for art work, signage, etc) tools, 3000 sf of treasure. If I had time to have a real planned estate sale it would be very profitable. Unfortunately, thats a pipe dream because I don't. I also build furniture from reclaimed wood and materials so all kinds of wood. The artwork is by Tyler Huntzinger.*** Further, the previous tenants purchased pallets of miscellaneous stuff from Amazon. It's insane HOW MUCH STUFF is in this place. You name it and I've probably got it.

The list goes on and on and on. It's like an estate sale, NPS, overstock, auction house, antique store, business liquidation, Smith and Edwards..all got together for a big party.

***The signed artworks by an artist neighbor whose work sells in the $10,000 range. His name is Tyler Huntzinger. He's already left his unit and I told him I'd see if I could help sell. He's a local Utah artist/painter and his stuff is fantastic! His career is really picking up steam and these will all be valuable down the road. I'm privileged to have two pieces myself.
