ApplePayI have a 30’ x 30’ Olympia steel garage that I will not be able to install on my property. It was ordered new from Olympia Steel Buildings out of Pennsylvania approximately 3 years ago. It is engineered for Utah weather and is completely unassembled. Other than a couple of damaged post it has been untouched. This building comes with everything needed to install. Has a 9’ roll up door opening as well as a single man door that was part of the design. Building stands approximately 15’ high and has 11’ walls. I have the instructions as well as the hardware. Originally bought for $50k brand new. The panels are still bound together from the original manufacturer. This was delivered via flat bed diesel and forklifted into my back yard. Original box still has everything contained inside it. I’m looking to sell this to get it off my property. Any missing items could be replaced through Olympia Steel. If interested please text and I can provide pictures or any additional information. Price is negotiable but I’m looking for $20k. I am located in Clinton, UT.
