VenmoWe purchased this trailer in Feb 2026, for temporary living while we sold our house. Our house sold and now we are selling the trailer. Previous owner refinished the trailer and added a 40gal clean water tank.
Since we have owned it, we have replaced: propane regulator, propane alarm, and indoor thermostat. All trailer lights work.
Includes 2 new external water supply hoses, 3 boxed new water filters, new macerator pump (sewage removal), solar panel (may need new batteries) New tarp cover. Has adapter for shore power so a regular extension cord will work. (We stayed plugged it in to shore power while we used it) It has an electric jack. No AC.
What we know: Furnace fan intermittently squeaks
Some of the interior lights don't work
