Up for sale is an ultra-rare 2021 BMW R1250 RT-P motorcycle! (The “P” stand for Police.) This bike is only one of three actual BMW “Authority” motorcycles which was purchased for a private collection. It is without emergency equipment and has never seen police/law enforcement duty. However, it is an actual police motorcycle with all of the extras and upgrades: dual batteries, redundant wiring harnesses, a heavy-duty alternator, a specific radio/communications/electronics compartment, a more-robust and strengthened frame, etc. It also features an Akrapovic Ti slip-on muffler.
This bike is a single-seater from the factory, and cannot be modified for a two-seater configuration. The original factory-height seat is included, as well as the current seat on the bike which is a special low-profile seat for those who wish to reach the ground more easily. The color is OEM factory Violet-Blue and is just gorgeous in the sunlight as can be seen in the photos.
This motorcycle is a true gem - it has hardly seen much use at all. It’s barely broken-in with only 2,176 original miles on it. This is a dream-come-true for the BMW motorcycle enthusiast, and is a one in a lifetime chance to own a highly-desirable R1250 RT-P!
