the couch is 8ft, the love seat is 6ft. the ottomon is 4ft X 4ft. Can be switched around to suit your space. One corner piece is not pictured that adds a great insert between the couch and love seat. That goes where the corner tree is pictured. No smoking, no pets ever near this set. This is great for a large family room. I had the entire set treated with stain guard at RC Willy.
