Brand New (Trade In Value $1100)

I’m in a very unique pickle with this one (I’m more then happy to explain in detail if you’d like) and I’m just at this point trying to break even. I confirmed with my phone carrier they would do trade-in value of $1100, (but in my circumstance that is not helpful).
