We recently processed two older purebred Berkshire sows from our family farm and have a surplus of pork available for sale. While these are not “show cut” butcher hogs, the flavor is outstanding and the higher fat content makes for some of the best sausage and ground pork we’ve produced. Priced to move quick and free up our freezer space!

These hogs were raised on our soy-free proprietary feed blend designed around flavor and quality rather than commercial production speed. Berkshire pork is well known for its darker color, marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor compared to standard grocery store pork.

Excellent choice for smoking, sausage making, chili, burgers, biscuits & gravy, breakfast sausage, pulled pork, and slow-cooked roasts.
