ZelleRuby has had a tuff couple of weeks. She is anywhere from 5ish-8. Pit bull mix. She was our in-laws dog until about 8 days ago. They said she chewed a zipper from their brand new couch. She hasnt showed any intrest in chewing while with us. Their options were putting her down or taking her to the pound where they were told she may get put down. We felt bad because she's such a sweet girl. However, Ruby loved playing with the other dogs at her house. We have an angry old small chihuahua who will never be a player. Ruby has sore hips and needs a monthly pain shot that is $100-$130. Ruby does good on a leash, but needs some work (she pulls). Ruby loves her people, she is good with babies and younger kids. She is good with delivery drivers and anyone really. We've taken her in petsmart, she did great. Doesn't have a problem with her feet, head, or face being touched. She's up to date on all shots. Can provide vet visits and vet info for verification. She is spayed and she LOVES to go on a ride. Ruby would do best in a family with another medium sized dog for her to play with. She is also used to cats. When I say she loves people she really loves people. She's a huge snuggle bug and will sleep all night until you wake her up to go potty. She's an inside dog and is potty trained. She'll follow you anywhere. Please only respond if you are serious. She's been through it. I feel so bad for her. She's so sweet and while we hoped to be her forever home after the pound we realize she wants more than our home will ever be for her. Its not fair for her, or for our older dog. If you can please give Ruby a loving forever home. She deserves it.
