Fresh water hold with electric pump system in good running order, no leaks. Has a small shower stall/porta-potty. One separate closet. Horseshoe seating/dining area makes into a queen-ish sized bed. Recent new tires including spare. Also I just replaced the rear running lights with 7” led’s. The trailer needs some love, but has great bones and is ready to roll as is.
