We're heartbroken to need to rehome our sweet Remi girl. She is such a sweetheart to her people. She’s spayed and will be 5 on May 31st. She is just the sweetest pup. She’s great on a leash, loves belly rubs, and will lay in your lap for as long as you let her. Her favorite thing to do is swim. She loves hiking and camping. She would absolutely thrive with somebody who loves taking their dog on adventures. Unfortunately she has had some problems with predatory aggression towards our cats and some dogs. We've worked hard on trying to train this behavior out but she is too unpredictable with the prey drive. We have a 10 month old baby who is learning to walk and she's shifted her predatory attention to him, which means it's no longer safe to keep her in our home. She has never been aggressive towards a person and is really the sweetest baby. She just has a super strong prey drive towards small animals/kids and has some reactivity towards some other dogs. We love her so much and are absolutely heartbroken at this situation. She'll be an amazing dog for someone with no cats or little kids. She can get along with other dogs, but she is hit or miss with which dogs she'll get along with. We brought home a puppy when Remington was about 2 and they've gotten along great, but she has issues with some of our family's dogs. She’d probably be best in a home with no other pets and no small children. $75 rehoming fee just to make sure she goes to someone safe.
