Eye-Catching 4yo Palomino AQHA Papered Mare – Green Project for Experienced Rider Offering for sale a 4-year-old Palomino mare. She has a great look and is built very well, but due to my lack of time and money, she has sat more than she’s been ridden. I’m being completely honest about her timeline so she goes to the right home: Training: She had 60 days with a trainer at age 3, and just came back from a 45-day refresher this year. Outside of that professional time, she has barely been ridden (I’ve only been on her once myself). Current Status: She is very green broke. She is NOT a finished horse, NOT a kid’s horse, and NOT for beginners or rusty riders. She knows the basics from the trainer, but she is still a blank slate and needs a confident, capable rider who knows how to handle a young, green horse and put actual miles on her. If you have the time and the riding ability to finish her out, she has the build and the looks to be a really nice horse. Selling simply because I do not have the hours to put in the saddle.
