I bought this scooter brand new less than a year ago. Everything works great except the handlebars are loss and won't stay tight. Has a headlight, taillight, and a brake light. Comes with charger and the owners manual. I can get about an hour on a full charge non stop. Also it can get up to 19 mph max. Located in Orem. Thanks for looking.
