Extremely well taken care of and solid trailer. We have babied this trailer including deep cleaning after every single camping trip. Always winterized, de-scaled water lives and water heater every year. Brand new tires with only 2 camp trips on them. Also had the roof resealed 2 years ago

Everything works electrically, gas and plumbing. The awning is showing some sun wear…. I cleaned it every year as part of winterizing, but it still is showing its age.
