Complete kit as shown in pictures. Comes with end links, just didn’t take a picture because they’re sitting on a garage storage rack I need a ladder to get to. Everything is new and never installed. Had 2 WRXs, bought the kit from RSD, but ended up selling my 06 before I ever got around to installing. I paid way more obviously and taking a hit on this, but you can have for $600 obo.
