Comes with everything in the original box. I bought this for the base stations and controllers. I just upgraded so I no longer need it. One of the Lenses has a small scratch near the top, and everything else has normal scuffs for its age but for the most part is in great condition. Controllers still hold a charge for several hours and charge completely.
