VenmoMy wife and I bought this trailer from the original owner to live in for a summer while we saved up for a house. It is quite comfortable for 2 people and has a couch bed so it can sleep 4. With two slides it is very spacious and has has tons of storage on the inside and out, we loved the layout more than any other camper we could find that was this age. The kitchen is set up great and we did a lot of cooking in there. The tinted windows with blinds or curtains provide a lot of privacy. We just spent over $900 on parts, brand new furnishings and over 25 hours scrubbing walls, cleaning carpets and doing maintenance and repairs. All the appliances work great and the slides and trailer jacks do too. Tires are in great shape with lots of tread left and have always been covered when sitting. Comes with a gooseneck ball adapter and tows nice and straight. The Roof has been maintained yearly and is still in good shape without any leaks. Batteries are less than a year old and I just replaced the power inverter that charges them when hooked to A/C power. Lots of odds and ends so this thing comes ready to hit the road. I will include a Cabela's Champion generator that just got new brushes and a voltage regulator and a freestanding canopy. For an additional $500 I will also include a wood burning stove kit that I built for when I took it hunting in the late fall and didn't want to burn through all my propane in a night or two.
Full disclosure: the sewer cleanout port has always leaked when hooked up to pressurized water but the previous owner just told me to pour a 5 gallon bucket of hot water down the toilet and it works just as good. Cosmetically it isn't perfect, the stickers on the outside are sun-faded and the shower has some stains that we couldn't scrub out and a patch job on the skylight shroud. The kitchen sink has a chip in the enamel and there is a small tear in the vinyl in the kitchen. There was some very minor damage on the bumper and up by the hitch from our travels in the mountains and the fender flares, awning and ladder all got removed so they didn't get ripped off by trees.
Let me know if you have any questions or would like to come look at it. Thanks!
