Fully rebuilt 5.9 Cummins with approximately 1,000 miles since rebuild at 161,384 miles. Block was cleaned, Magnafluxed, and honed to .007 clearance. Crankshaft ground with .010 main bearings and .020 rod bearings. Rebuilt with MAHLE pistons and rings, ARP rod bolts, M451 oil pump, new cam bearings, and freeze plugs. Cylinder head received a full valve job, resurfaced, and reinstalled with new head bolts. Upgraded to 6.7L-style rockers. OEM new Bosch injectors and feed tubes installed. Oil cooler coil, housing, and hardware replaced. Oil pressure regulator rebuilt with OEM Cummins components. All gaskets are Fel-Pro and OEM Cummins. Wear sleeve installed. minor oil sweating present, expected to resolve as rings finish seating TRANSMISSION BUILD LIST Transmission is a heavy duty built 48RE done at 140,843 miles featuring heavy duty turn-down pressure plates, high energy friction clutches, heavy duty band, billet servos, billet accumulator, billet valve body, upgraded solenoids, shift kit, upgraded hard parts, new triple lock torque converter, and Mag-Hytec deep pan. Rated up to 800hp. Sitting on a 6” Tuff Country lift there a brand out of Utah with Skyjacker shocks, Fuel wheels, and 37x12.50 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 A/T tires with solid tread remaining. MBRP exhaust, Dual aftermarket radio, Hayes brake controller, and Weather Guard toolbox.
